CHELSEA SETTS

COBBLED STONE

Cobblestones are rounded, water-worn stones used to pave streets. They were traditionally set in sand and mortar. Cobblestones are suited to a more traditional look.

RESIN BOUND AGGREGATES

Resin bound surfacing consist of a blend of aggregates coated with a clear UV-stable polyurethane resin. To ensure that each aggregate particle is completely coated in resin, the two elements are combined in a force-action mix process to form a cold-pour mixture.

PERMEABLE PAVING

Permeable paving surfaces are made of either a porous material that enables stormwater to flow through it or nonporous blocks spaced so that water can flow between the gaps. Permeable paving can also include a variety of surfacing techniques for roads, parking lots, and pedestrian walkways.
